Sriracha Stuffed Squash Or Zucchini

The days of finding ways to avoid eating your vegetables are finally over, especially now that Sriracha Stix have arrived!  You can act like a true chef creating a meal that lets flavor radiate from the inside out with any meat, stuffed vegetable, or even tofu.  Today we present a new recipe for Sriracha Stuffed Squash or Zucchini that is made so easily with Sriracha Stix or Seasoning Stix.

You will need:

  • 1 - 2 Medium - Large Zucchini or Squashes
  • Sriracha Stix or Seasoning Stix
  • Baking pan or cookie sheet

Recipe directions:

  1.  Cut off the ends of Zucchini or Squash
  2.  Poke Sriracha Stix through the center (use more or less for desired flavor)
  3.  Place whole vegetable in baking pan or cookie sheet
  4.  Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until desired softness consistency reached
  5.  Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!

Making a delicious vegetable side dish is the perfect compliment to any meal.  Either Zucchini or Squash are usually available all year in most areas.  Both vegetables don’t have a ton of flavor on their own so they are perfect to soak up the seasoning from the inside out.   

Let Your Palette Be Your Guide
