Baked Potato Wedges with Sriracha Butter Garlic Seasoning Stix

Ingredients

4 large potatoes unpeeled
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon of fresh minced rosemary leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Scrub potatoes then cut them in half length wise and again until you get 6 slices per potato.
  3. Insert a Sriracha Butter Garlic Seasoning Stix into each potato wedge.
  4. Place the wedges on a sheet pan, then toss the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and rosemary leaves until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer with 1 cut-side down and bake for 30-35 minutes then turn to other side for 20 minutes, bake until lightly browned with crisp outside.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with salt and serve!
