Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Sriacha Butter Garlic Seasoning Stix

Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut cauliflower head lengthwise through the core to produce 4 steaks.
  3. Break each Sriracha Butter Garlic Seasoning Stix in half and insert 2 pieces into each steak.
  4. In a bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place cauliflower steaks, brush the steaks evenly with oil oil mixture.
